Directions

Great product
This product helps me breathe at night. I take one capsule and one capsule of Histamine digest about 15 minutes before meals and I can breathe at night without resorting to using nasal sprays. I also have a low histamine diet.

Provides welcome relief from allergy symptoms
This product provides relief from allergy symptoms caused by histamine dominance - I love that it contains natural ingredients that work quickly. Has helped with wheezing and sinus blockage too. It's my go to now, so I plan on continued use.

Smelln the Roses
Continued use does assist with allergy reaction with grass seed etc. and doesn't leave you feeling dehydrated.
