Bioflavonoids - also know as flavonoids, these plant compounds are one of the many health benefits provided by fresh fruit and vegetables. They help to support a healthy immune system as well as cellular health and communication. The bioflavonoids Rutin, Quercetin and Luteolin may also play a part in the histamine response within the body.

Bromelain - a protein-digesting enzyme naturally present in pineapple, helps to support a healthy immune system response. It also acts as a digestive enzyme.

Stinging Nettle - traditionally used for respiratory, urinary tract and digestive health, among other things.

Glucoraphanin - a natural component within the broccoli family that supports detoxification pathways, immune health and may even support mitochondrial health within the cells.

Dihydroquercetin (from larch tree extract, (Larix dahurica)(Larix gmelinii)(Larix sibirica ledeb)(Larix cajanderi))(saw logs) 20mg
Other Ingredients: HPMC (vegetable capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, ascorbyl palmitate, L-leucine, medium-chain triglyceride oil, and silica.

Feeling better!
Histaminx has really helped to ease the symptoms of my [*condition removed*]. I am feeling so much better for the first time in a long time. I would recommend trying it if you have histamine issues.

I discovered HistaminX about 4 years ago, & thru trying other products for [*condition removed*], I've found that HistaminX is the best for high histamine levels. I took the bottle to a naturopath & he said it would cost a lot of money to replicate, AND that this was the best way to get what I need to keep my histamine levels down. Seeking Health is a quality brand & delivery from Return2Health was efficient & speedy. HistaminX is also helping with some of the symptoms of [*condition removed*]. HistaminX is worth every cent.

Excellent quality product
Seeking Health is a brand I trust and HistaminX is great to help manage h [*condition removed*] intolerance. I have tried other products but always come back to HistaminX even though it costs me slightly more it is worth it. Reduces itchy watery eyes, stomach irritation, flushing etc that I get from mast cell issues.

Excellent product
This has been the best supplement for managing high histamine issues for me. I had to try a cheaper product from another brand when it was out of stock which did not work as well. I was very happy to be able to get back on to HistaminX. I am very sensitive and tolerate this product well.
