Other Ingredients: In a base of Grander living water, non-palm vegetable glycerine, food grade ethanol and Potassium sorbate.
Adults: Take 20 drops under tongue each night before bed.
Children (2 to 12 years): Take 10 drops under the tongue each night before bed.
If unwell take 20 drops, four times a day.
If recovering from illness, surgery or injury take 20 drops morning and night as needed.
For best results combine with Healthy Sleep capsules to support deep restorative sleep and further support optimal immune function.
Caution: People sensitive or allergic to any of the ingredients should avoid this product. There is 0.005 grams of dried herb equivalent per 5 drops dose so herb/drug interactions will be very rare if at all possible.
