Description

Quercetin is an important bioflavonoid naturally present in many vegetables, grains and fruits. It has antioxidant properties and may help to stablise cell membranes.

In addition this complex also contains the following synergistic ingredients:

  • Easter-C Vitamin C - gentle on the stomach.
  • Rutin - a member of the flavonoid family
  • Bromelain - an enzyme naturally sourced from pineapple
  • Rosehip - rich in vitamin C and bioflavonoids
  • Acerola - rich in vitamin C and bioflavonoids
  • Citrus Bioflavonoids

Ingrеdients
Amount Per 2 Capsules:
Vitamin C (as Ester-C® calcium ascorbate, threonate) 500 mg
Quercetin 500 mg
Bromelain (2000 GDU/g) 50 mg
Citrus Bioflavonoids (as prep.) 50 mg
Rose Hips Powder 50 mg
Acerola Powdered Extract (4:1) 50 mg
Rutin 10 mg
Other Ingredients: Vegetable Capsule Shell (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose), Anti-caking Agents (vegetable stearic acid, silicon dioxide, vegetable magnesium stearate), Bulking Agent (microcrystalline cellulose).

Contains No:
Yeast, Wheat, Soy, Gluten, Dairy Products, Artificial Preservatives, Flavours or Colours.
Directions
Adults: As a food supplement, take two (2) vegetable capsules daily, preferably at mealtime, or as directed by a healthcare practitioner. Do not exceed directions for use.

I have been taking Quercetin Complex for the last 2 months and it is working for me as a cleanser and protection against recent viruses and improving my immunity

Only negative point is, no matter whether I am taking the capsules with or without food, they upset my stomach
