Vitamin C has many important functions in the body including:

Liposomal technology involves encapsulating nutrients inside tiny lipid bubbles (liposomes). Because of their minute size and make up these liposomes are absorbed into the body without being broken down by the digestive system. This improves the bioavailability of the nutrients which means more vitamin C for the cells to utilise.


Additionally, these liposomes provide the body with phosphatidylcholine, an essential phospholipid that is needed for many crucial functions in the body.

Unlike other forms of vitamin C, liposomal vitamin C does not cause diarrhea with higher doses because it is not degraded by the digestion. This makes liposomal vitamin C great for getting higher doses into the body without digestive discomfort or irritation.

Directions
Gently shake before using.
Take 5ml (1 teaspoon) daily, or as advised by your health practitioner. Mix with water or juice if desired.

Great product - tasty
In love with this - vit c in liquid form has been a game changer for me and a great addition to my routine. I’ve noticed a real boost in my overall energy and how I am feeling. I suspect that's something to do with how it's absorbed by my body. Unlike with some other vit c tablets, I had no issues with my stomach even with higher doses, which is a huge plus for me. I do a mix of taking it straight or mixing it into water or smoothie without any hassle. it's just convenient. Highly recommended.

This product is very good..... my naturopath first introduced me to Liposomal Vit C, and haven't been able to go back to her due to breaking my leg earlier this year (4 mths ago), so that's when I sort you out, for replenishng my stock..... so thank you very much, and would recommend this product to everyone...... I agree with others, if a cold is coming on I use this, it does seem to knock things on the head.
Pleasant tasting, I've experimented with different dose amounts and my body has never shown any overt reaction definitely the way to go if you want to boost vitC intake!
One bottle was delivered with a broken seal, a replacement was in the post no question asked, Return2health is reputable to deal with!
