Directions
As a dietary supplement, take two (2) vegetable capsules, with at least 250ml (8 fluid ounces) of water daily.
All enzymes have a half life, so for best results it's important to administer your dose at equally spaced intervals throughout your day in lieu of taking all of your doses once daily.

Good Stuff
I have been taking these for several years now from when I was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis. From diagnosis you have 2 years to live - no cure says Specialist. I did not accept the diagnosis but searched for something that could help heal the lungs. Took Serrapure for 3-4months until my next examination and the lung specialist said I did not have pulmonary fibrosis but still had a lot of scaring in my lungs from a previous pneumonia. I do not know if it helped but I will never quit taking it. 71 and still going.

Serrapure Serrapeptase
Whilst it was difficult to ascertain what's happening inside my body. How i know the serrapeptase works is because the scab on my finger had completely disappeared never to return. It had been there for a few years and at times sore, but had no idea what it was; nor did the silly doctor who gave me some cream at the time which did nothing. The anti-inflammatory arterial properties of serrapeptase was also obvious. It will also help with [condition removed], but to lesser degree for [condition removed]. I take 2 caps twice daily with water on empty stomach. It's more effective to take with a enzyme mixed blend though.

Wow helped endometriosis pain and stopped pulsitile tinnitus

I haven’t had any endometriosis pain since taking this, and it also stopped my pulsitile tinnitus (assume it did this by unblocking my eustascian tube/sinuses)

Very easy to take, no side effects.Some improvement with psoriasis on hands and feet, early days yet, only been using for 3 months. Great, helpful staff.

Serrapure works
I bought serrapure after reading about the enzyme serrapeptase. Serrapure is exactly that - Pure, other formulations of serrapeptase have so many fillers but not Serrapure it only has beetroot powder and I am thrilled with the results. My lungs had [*Condition removed*] suffered over 20 years ago so I often had a wheeze and felt I could not breathe deeply. After only a week on serrapure my lungs were clearer, also have a cat with a wheeze and have started her on serrapure , she has improved
